Created a school wide currency for all Teachers and Staff Members to utilize CONSISTANTLY for rewarding students each day for Positive Academic and Behavioral Accomplishments!
Students were excited to wait in line on Friday's each week, in order to spend their well deserved Pirate Dollars at the PBIS Store!

Students were motivated to be successful at school each day with Pirate Dollars being an instant gratification reward to look forward to!
